The Dallas Poets Community in Poets Biography & Poetry Resource Directory

The Dallas Poets Community meetings twice monthly for workshops and once monthly for readings. Many of our activities and beliefs are listed here on our website under the appropriate categores. In 1990 a group of writers gathered at Sheryl St. Germains house in the Lakewood area of Dallas for a workshop with Brenda Hillman. Out of that workshop, a core group of poets decided to continue meeting and we never stopped.
